We knew that Diane would help us sell our home and find a new one for us to enjoy for years. Not only did she provide unlimited knowledge of the area, but compared similar homes to our existing home and those similar to the ones we were considering to purchase. We were assured that the selling price and purchasing price was competitive and we were being treated fairly. She offered advice on what we needed to improve in our existing home to get it ready for market and was very clear on what improvements were needed on the homes we were considering. We had a situation on our closing of our sold property 3 days prior to closing, and Diane had to prepare our house for another showing within 24 hours. She calmly organized the showing even though we were basically packed and ready to move. She sold our house again and we closed in 5 days.
