Diane graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Management. She worked for Ernst & Whinney as a Tax Accountant and for SOLO Cup Company as a Tax Accountant and Project Manager before taking a career break to raise her children. Upon returning to the work force, Diane chose real estate as her career to best leverage and utilize the many skills she acquired in both business and through her extensive volunteer work for Our Lady of the Wayside School, The Metropolis Performing Arts Theatre, St. Viator, and Arlington Heights Park District.

Diane is a skilled, strong negotiator and has a propensity for solving problems and keeping transactions on course.
